John G. Lake (Reign As Kings sermon quote):
“I saw a company of men walk out, and I saw all the diseases and all the crimes and agonies; I saw cancers and tumors and tuberculosis; and I saw a company of men and women walk down in the midst of it, and I heard them say, “Here come the sons of God; here come the conquerors.
And the sons of God said to disease, ‘In the Name of Jesus, depart,’ and disease fled. It fled as it did before the Son of God. It obeyed because the Son of God sent them out and gave them His name as authority. I saw the company of men enter into the lost dominion. They put upon them the garments of their authority and mastered. They were rulers.
I cried, ‘My God, my God, where are the mighty men of valor of today, the men that can assail the forces of Satan?’God has in training some men and women that are going to do exploits for Him.Will you not come up and live in that realm?
Do you hear the call?
The call to walk in and demonstrate the power of Primitive Christianity? The call to preach the Gospel ‘in demonstration of the Spirit and power’ (1 Cor. 2:4)

“I pray God your whole spirit, soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is He that calls you Who also will do it,” 1 Thess. 5:23. Triune Salvation. Today we will review and then finish our reading of Dr. Lake’s message by the above title. Dr. Lake’s understanding of the working’s of God’s Spirit & Word, will put meat on your bones. He always moved and taught from a position of power over the works of darkness.
“I pray God your whole spirit, soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is He Who calls you, Who also will do it.” 1 Thess. 5:23/24. In this verse we learn much about ourselves and about the God Who is at work for us, in us, and through us.
We see we are a 3 part being, that the reality of wholeness is a work of God in our lives, one that He will be faithful to perform. There is hope in this verse, revelation in this verse, and your future in this verse.
Dr. Lake bring his perspective on this verse, relating it particularly to Christian dominion and healing for the body. Today we review and then finish our reading and commentary on this wonderful message he delivered in London.
Teaching on the triune man has become a major part of my ministry. Today we will begin the reading of John G. Lake’s sermon by the above title. At the time of Dr. Lake, the truth of man being a 3-part being was beginning to be understood more. I would like to add that you CANNOT walk in the New Creation Realities without this understanding. In the introductory paragraph, Bishop Ingram who was introducing Dr. Lake said, this sermon ‘contains the spirit of primitive Christianity and reveals the distinctions between the Christian soul of the first and twentieth century: the spirit of Christ domiion, by which primitive Christianity attained its spiritual supremacy’.

John G. Lake’s messages on the Baptism of the Holy Ghost are some of the greatest I had ever read. This week we will go through or at least begin going through a series of sermons he preached in 1921 on the subject. If you have been baptized in the Holy Spirit, you will be encouraged to develop your awareness of this “Holy Guest” as Dr. Lake calls Him, commune with Him more, and pray in the Spirit more. If you don’t have the Baptism of the Holy Ghost, this will encourage you to seek this wonderful Gift that Jesus gave to the Church.
